TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
MyCardBook offers the creation of custom picture albums of 20x20cm size, using customer-provided greeting cards.
  2. MATERIALS PROCESSING:
All original materials sent to MyCardBook will not be disassembled or modified in any irreversible manner during the reproduction process.
  3. MATERIALS REPRODUCTION:
We will endeavour to modify the materials as minimally as possible, fixing up folds and creases only as long as it does not drastically alter the original piece’s identity.
  4. COLOUR MATCHING, REPRODUCTION QUALITY:
MyCardBook will strive to make the digital reproductions as close to the original cards as possible in order to preserve their sentimental and aesthetic value, but please note that due to differences in monitor and print calibrations, some variations may occur.
  5. PRICING

    • Our pricing is determined by the number of cards the customer wishes to include in their album. Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, based on the number of cards the customer expects to send. Production begins once full payment is received and the customer has approved their digital proof.
    • The total cost is calculated as follows:
      • Up to 30 cards: $199.99
      • Each additional card (31–50): $1.80 per card
      • Each additional card (above 50): $1.50 per card
    • If a customer sends more cards than originally paid for, a final bill will be issued for the additional cards based on the applicable rate above. Production will commence once this balance has been settled.
    • Where the number of cards received does not exceed the quantity paid for at the time of ordering, no further payment will be required and the order will proceed directly to production.
    • Example 1: A customer pays upfront for 30 cards ($199.99) and sends exactly 30 cards — no further payment is required.
    • Example 2: A customer pays upfront for 30 cards ($199.99) but sends 40 cards — a final bill of $18.00 (10 × $1.80) will be issued before production begins.
    • Example 3: A customer pays upfront for 50 cards ($235.99) and sends 70 cards — a final bill of $30.00 (20 × $1.50) will be issued before production begins.
    • Customers can find further details about this pricing structure on our website or by contacting our team directly.
  6. REFUNDS:
    • Refunds. All products are made to order and cannot be refunded or returned, except in the case where the product is damaged before arrival, in which case a replacement will be offered.
  7. PRICING GUARANTEE:
The price for your orders will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
  8. DAMAGED GOODS:
MyCardBook will replace any products damaged before arrival to the customer’s premise, provided that visible proof of such damage is given.
  9. LIABILITY:
MyCardBook will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the original materials throughout the project’s processing.
  10. ADDITIONAL MATERIALS:
Customers may send additional materials at a cost. Requests for additional materials after receiving your cards at our studio will be accepted and counted towards to the overall count of materials.
